Major Reporting Updates

To Our Valued IBOs,
 
We hope each and every one of you is looking forward to an incredible month and year.  To simplify the management of your business, see the growth of your team and to view some important reports quickly and efficiently we’ve made some significant updates to your back office that you’ll be pleasantly surprised with:

 

  • Under Commission History – when you click on the date link to the left of each pay period everything is detailed out for you on exactly what you are getting paid on, Social Start, Social Code, etc.

 

  • Here’s the BIG change, also under Commission History – the Matrix commissions link (2/1-2/29 as an example) is everything you wanted and then some.  It shows your commission rank, your personal volume (PV) your group volume (GV) which is your entire team’s growth, and paid group volume (PGV) which is what your Matrix Commission earnings is calculated on.  Additionally, if you look below as illustrated you’ll see a complete detail of every single member you are being paid on down through potentially multiple levels which shows you possibly being paid on level 10,11, 12 or beyond.  This is the dynamic compression kicking in for you.

 

  • In addition, for your ability to better reconcile your commissions we have added the column “Dist ID” to your detail below. Previously, there was the “Order ID” and “Name” to reconcile. We have put this into all past reporting in your back office.

  • In your Commission History is also a report called “Personally Sponsored”.  This is a very important one for you as it shows your Current Rank Qualification, Next Rank, what your team has ordered this month (Total Sponsored Ordered This Month), etc.  However, the big change is the quick glance ability to see who is on Auto Pay and who isn’t, who is on the termination list, your members reoccurring monthly volume (RMGV) and their orders.

  • Under “Tools” you will see a link labeled “Website Manager”.  The great new features we have added here is the ability to email your Social Outbreak (SO) Link to someone directly from your back office as well as a separate Total Social Media (TSM) Link for potential Retail Customers.  It is also where you can upload a photo or logo for your website – so if you haven’t done so please do this as soon as possible.  Additionally, you can view both your TSM site and your SO site without leaving the back office.

i-Payout Update for International IBOs

To Our Valued International IBOs,
 
Due to some serious increases in e-wallet fees from one of the International vendors within i-Payout, your e-wallet provider, they have been forced to be aggressive in their approach to find a different International Debit Card provider to better assist you and NOT pass on these fees. An email was sent out to all affected IBOs on April 3, 2012 from i-Payout outlining the procedures to follow to obtain your commissions using other transfer methods while this transition is taking place.  For your convenience here it is again:
 
“We regret to inform you that we are not able to process your Prepaid Card transfer request. The funds will be credited back to your account along with any fees associated with this transfer. To remedy the situation, we would like to offer a complimentary transfer of your choice. We simply ask that you advise us at your earliest convenience your preferred method of transfer. We apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused.”

Since fund transfer to your current i-Payout debit card has been suspended, i-Payout is offering complimentary (no charge) transfers of your choice, including bank wires and ACH. They are also able to send out checks or transfer commissions to another debit card you may already own.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but are certain this is a necessary step in order to maintain fair fees for service. It is expected that all International IBOs with current debit cards will have replacement cards within the next 14 -21 days – hopefully even sooner! There will be no charge for this replacement debit card.

WANTED: IBOs that Know Social Media and our TSM Application

This is an open call for any IBOs that are interested in taking their level of expertise to the field of Social Outbreak retailers or network marketers that purchase our services.
 
After many months of working with a variety of both segments there is a very important missing link that you could profit from! In the near future, we will be initiating a “Premium Plan” for those businesses that have little or no desire to build or manage their fan pages. Despite the simplicity of our application, these entrepreneurs want to focus on what they do best and would rather have someone else “manage” their social media marketing efforts.  Ultimately, we will be developing a “Social Media University” for our IBOs who wish to serve this audience while building their businesses, but for now we recognize there are many of you that already have the skill sets to assist and profit from this endeavor. This will be for new signups as well as existing members or customers that want to upgrade.
